Tree Care

Why Hire a CCRT Tree Care Professional?

Trees have the power to increase property values, improve air quality, reduce household energy costs, improve water quality and more. Because trees are present in our everyday landscape it’s easy to forget just how significant they are to the quality of our lives. Trees of the right variety placed properly and cared for professionally provide enormous benefits and have significant economic, environmental and societal value. Without regular care, trees can quickly change from a valuable resource to a costly burden. Become an intelligent tree care consumer and contact CRUX Climbing, Rigging and Training, Corp., (CCRT) for your tree care needs.

Be aware that the credentials of people in the tree care industry can vary widely. CCRT professionals are trained arborists; either certified or working under direct supervision thereof. Certification comes through organizations such as International Society of Arboriculture (ISA), Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA), Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI), International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) or a combination thereof and can always be verified.

Certified Arborist Reports, Permitting & Site Mitigation

CCRT provides Certified Arborist Reports, assists in the application process for tree pruning and removal permits, and can make recommendation for site mitigation (tree replacement) plans.

All work will be performed professionally, with the appropriate tools and equipment for proper job completion. All equipment and work performed will be in full compliance with the most current revision of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI Z133.1) Standard for tree care operations. (Copies can be obtained for a fee by contacting the ISA or TCIA.) This includes the practice of not using spurs on live trees, and sterilizing equipment prior to use on property.

Beware of “individuals” who call themselves arborists who do not practice proper tree care; or who are not properly licensed, bonded and insured.

Job costs vary depending on the scope of the job, and are based on technicality, danger, equipment needed, time, and other job scenarios.

Licenced, Bonded and Insured

CRUX Climbing, Rigging and Training (CCRT) carries it’s own workers compensation insurance, a $1-2M general liability policy, a $1-2M professional liability policy, a $20,000 bond, as well as an OCCB License.
